Joe Roy & Sons Plumbing

This is a story about a plumbing company that committed to install a shower stall and apparently reneged on their commitment without informing the customer. In March, 2018 we approached Joe Roy and Sons Plumbing and Heating and ask if they would install a shower stall in our basement. After visiting our home Joy Roy and Sons agreed the shower stall could be installed and then posted a quote to us which we accepted. During the following two months Joe Roy and Sons indicated that we were still on their agenda. However, whenever we asked where we were on their schedule it was always "I'm very busy." By June phone calls to Joe Roy were not returned. In July I visited their office and informed the secretary to learn where we were on their schedule and would they call us. We are now in mid Aug

Have to agree with some of the reviews here. Had Joe Roy come over for an estimate. Took measurements, made some suggestions and then said he would get back to us within a few days with a proposal. Days turned into weeks and when I contacted him he never returned my call. Unprofessional to say the least. If you're too busy then say so. If you change your mind about the job then say so. Leaving potential customers in the lurch is no way to run a business.

I have used Joe Roy & sons plumbing many times and have always been satisfied with the work and they always respond quick! The employees are always friendly and polite and when they complete the job there is never any debris left behind! These guys are the best! Trust me,you won’t regret calling Joe Roy & Sons plumbing!
