John Henry's Pressure Washing

We recently moved and had a feeling the concrete driveway, walkway, front porch, and pack patio had never been sealed. They gave us an estimate that was what we expected, which included power washing first. We had them do the work and are glad we did. I saw how thoroughly they were working the sealant into the surfaces. Water now beads up on all of our concrete. It will be more stain resistant for things like oil drips too. It also just looks nicer. We live in Ohio so the freeze/thaw/bake cycle can wear down concrete if you let it. Ours is well protected now.

Had my house and privacy fence pressure washed. My fence looks brand new, they did a great job on it. The man was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had. I would recommend this company to anyone and will refer friends and family to them. The price was very reasonable and the guy who did it worked hard and got finished in a timely manner.

John and Kailey came this morning to do a refinance termite inspection. They went above my expectations, not only did they inspect the inside of our home, the outside, the crawl space, they also inspected our 2 storage sheds. They took the time to tell me their observations, giving sound advice on things they felt needed attention to help prevent insect infestation. Had a issue with our attic ladder not retracting back into the garage ceiling, (NOT a problem they created) John took the time to repair the problem, the ladder is back to it’s original position. (Thank you, John you were so very thoughtful to do that!) They were here in the window of time they said they would arrive, Proficiently inspected our home in 30-45 min. Pleasant and a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Update: Mr. Henry contacted me about our issues. He apologized for the long delay and explained they had been working on internal issues. He sent a service to check our house. The service rep told my wife that the sun was causing the problem with our siding. The rep still sent a crew to work on our house. They spent three hours trying to blend in the sun faded area with unaffected areas. They worked on our house for three hours. I would recommend John Henry Power Washing. Team power washed our house. Most of the work was good but the south side of the house and part of the north side needs cleaned again. I called twice and they said the crew was going come back. These people don't mess around. Very efficient, courteous, and priced fair. I had a quote the same day, booked the job for the following week. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manor, and the house looks great. I would and will have them pressure wash my house the next time it's needed.
