John was on time, professional, and polite. He worked diligently on my hot water heater and returned to clear a last minute problem. Always called before coming, and was thorough, careful, and gentlemanly. A real hidden gem.
Had no water, thought I had an electrical issue. John Wade was out in about an hour. he troubleshot the well pump discovering it was in fact a bad well pump. Very fair price and got me in touch with Beck Well Drilling and the problem was solved that day! Thank you!!
John Wade is probably the most experienced most honest person I've ever met in my life even let me come work for him to help me out with money that man is 100% genuine
