Johnson and Johnson Tree Care

Found Johnson & Johnson on our local neighborhood website. I reach out and spoke to Jim. He asked me to send some pictures of the tree(s) I needed service on. I did. Waited for a reply. None came. I sent an inquiry text a couple days later, still no reply. A couple days later I called and left a voice mail, to this day still nothing. No reply, no acknowledgement. Simply no professional courtesy with even a simple response whether he can or can not, or even wants or doesn’t want to accept the job. If this is any indication of this companies communication, or lack thereof to a job request, I shudder to think what it might be if you hired this firm and looked for communication during or after you paid them.

We have found Johnson and Johnson Tree Care to be the best tree service that we have used in the twenty eight years that we have lived on Hilton Head Island. We have an abundance of old oak and pine trees in our 9.3 acre yard that require careful attention when trimmed. We feel confident in entrusting Johnson and Johnson with their care. They are quick to respond to our call, they show up when they say they will, their prices are reasonable, even during hurricane cleanup time, and they remove all debris when finished. They are also highly skilled tree trimmers who leave the job with the trees looking beautiful and natural looking. Called Scott for an estimate and in 36 hours had it in writing! We took out 4 trees and pruned a few. Not only was he a great guy to work with his crew was fantastic. when they left the job you would never know they were there completely cleaned up after preforming a great job. I would and have recommended this company to anyone needing there services.
