The Follow Up from this Company is Non Existent. The Automated Phone System is also Terrible. These People need to just do their Job and respond to Voicemails and Emails!!!! :(

Called to replace a single smoke detector and sent a bill for over $4000. Really??? Then sent another one for over $5000. We refused to pay the second invoice and still haven't heard back from "management". What a bunch of scam artists.

The other day I was driving and their driver almost caused me to hit them. So when I honk to correct him he proceeded to give me the finger. I have tried over a dozen time to reach someone about this. This company is a joke

Horrible, we have JC for our business and for the past 3 weeks, trying to get a hold of them but no one answers the phone or returns the call. This is Life Safety! For a company this size, you expect better service. Worst company I have dealt with.
