Johnson n Johnson came to my home for an hvac installation and to clean my vents and did a great job. Evan, conner, Joseph, and Mason were the 4 young men and they were very respectful and thorough at their job. Walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions with great detail. Richard Reddick was the salesman who helped me through the process. He was always professional and never hard to get a hold of, even after hours. I have no complaints with anyone on that team

The Tech, Paul, was fantastic! He was very detailed and precise in checking my heat pump and air handler. Paul took readings and pictures of everything and showed me everything he inspected and the work he did to the outside unit. He caught a few problems the original installer made. I requested he fix them for me as one was unsafe to leave the way it was. Everything was well documented with pictures and Paul provided the details on each. The new disconnect box and wiring looks great! I highly recommend Paul and J&J!!

So glad I found Johnson and Johnson, they are wonderful from ac/cooling to plumbing! Trust me I’ve had to have both issues fixed. The office workers are amazing, they will get you in their books as fast as they can. The workers are even more amazing! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and caring. This company is truly great from their staff, sales, maintenance on your systems, etc. Can’t thank them enough for the great service/ work!

Joseph and Paul were very professional installers, and took measures to protect my home and keep it neat as they worked to switch our systems. They walked my husband through the use of our new system once they finished the install. I like the new phone-controlled thermostat. The Daikin is a very quiet system. I have a tri-level home and I am already noticing how the temperature feels consistent on each level. Our sales person Matt was also a big help with answering questions and working with us to get the best system for us. I highly recommend Johnson and Johnson.
