I cannot speak highly enough about the transformation of our lawn thanks to Ed Johnson and his team from Johnson Property Services! Communication, attention to detail, execution of the plan--every step of the process was better than I could have imagined. He listened to my thoughts and preferences while making suggestions and providing feedback based on his expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work is top-tier. I needed some serious help on my backyard - I have a very steep hill behind my yard that has been eroding for years. Ed was wonderful to work with! He communicated well, was very open about what issues could arise, and is (and employs) the most efficient workers! He is definitely worth the wait to make sure you get any complicated issues resolved the right way.

Ed and his Team did spectacular work. Ed listened really well to our ideas and preferences. Ed gave us feedback and additional ideas. Ed and his Team built us a new retaining wall after they demoed the original retaining wall. Ed installed flagstone steps, a paver walkway, beautiful Zoysia sod, and he coordinated the installation of new irrigation. Ed paid attention to detail and high quality. Ed kept our yard neat as he worked. Ed and his Team cleared out our back natural area for us and our neighbor. Ed really cares about you and his work. Our experience was awesome, and we would highly recommend his work for anyone. Ed is also a great communicator. We could not ask for more.

Ed did a great job communicating with us and working with us on a plan to get our yard heading in the right direction. We discussed options and he didn’t just tell us the most expensive, we also expressed our desire for low maintenance and then drainage issues, he helped us create a plan, shows us pictures and when we changed some minor things throughout the process, didn’t charge us more just helped. Pictures attached, for reference, we added some large stone down fence line for erosion, redid the bed with the stone edging, they relocated our old plants up around the transformer box and then added boulders in our beds to help fill. Japanese maple was already there and the toms were too. Yard was a mess so they top dressed, aerated and added sod to the places that needed it. This is fresh,
