All these whiny complaints are ridiculous. The counter and warehouse staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous when I go there. Of course there have been times when I've had to wait longer than I like but I understand that they're doing the best that they can and sometimes you have to wait. Keep up the good work and Thank You for all the help given over the years.....

I have have coming to Bf Johnstone for about 20 years. I remember when they helped me change my first motor. The store is a little different now then when i remember. The staff is still good. When you call in Beth answers the phone with a warm refreshing greeting, reminds me i'm calling the right place. At the counter Kevin "The Kingsmen" keeps everything running smoothly. Adonis one of the newer guys is very resourceful and always willing to help. When i need technical help i text Billy for technical support. When need a quote for some equipment or parts I will call between 7-8 a.m. At that time i get Paul, Lou or John. These guys are always on point and never miss. When i have a big problem, I go looking for Victor. He is always willing to help. BF Johnstone is now my go t

Came here at 11am it’s 2pm still here, will probably take another hour or so to unload 14 pallets

I go there a couple of times/week and no matter what time I go there, I always wait at least 20 minutes to be taken care of. Even for something pretty easy like a fitting or something. They take forever.
