Based on the way my HVAC subcontractor was dressed they turned him away… Definitely not like the other Johnstone Supply stores in the area. Didn’t know work boots jeans, and a T-shirt was unacceptable in the Hvac trade now….I will go out of my way to not give this location business and encourage others to do the same.
Unprofessional, rude and difficult to deal with. Waited to give them time to impress me but so far they have failed.
Called them for a fan blade for my AC, showed up and talked to Cody. He helped, and his team mates helped too (including ice cream for my daughter). They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. SUPER FRIENDLY, helpful, and worth the visit. I will look here first for AC supplies moving forward.
Great place for HVAC parts!
It was great they had what I needed. The people that work there were very good to deal with aswell
