Johnstone Supply

I own a HVAC company and spent ALOT of money at this supply house over the years….I’ll just keep it very simple the manager there is awful! Never return calls, ducks your calls, they forget to place orders and when you call to pick up your stuff….they then realize they never even order it. The counter guys are “decent” but my over all experience has put this supply house as the worst around period…

opened an account with them not to long ago and I am glad I did. I use the store in Rosedale and they have been a breeze to deal with. Customer service is great and they are always willing to help you down to the smallest details, Just got off the phone with a gentleman named Will and he was a pleasure to deal with, thanks for making things easier guys!

I own a hvac company. New manager made a mistake on a quite i drove an hour then i get there he adds 50 dollars on the price. And tells me thats what it is” thats where im at” then starts an argument with me and said to me” sorry you feel that way” Never coming back ever. Biggest loser ever

Andrew and nick are the best out there very friendly could not ask for better help. Always have the stuff we need or get it in a timely fashion.
