I came to those location for some supplies. Of course I had a missed up order. But thanks to my super hero Trish Wilkes, she saved my day. She got it all fixed, in professional way and with a huge smile on top. Way you go super hero Trish. We need more employees like her. She's a model. The team at this location is awesome. Trish took the time to cross a motor and dual cap for me with little information. Couldn't get there before they closed so she made arrangements for that as well. My favorite HVAC supply store for sure.

Should post in their description that they only sell to licensed HVAC contractors, even simple parts. Waste of a trip.
