I left a review last month but always go by the rule if someone is going above and beyond what the norm is we can’t just tell them one time. Well Ms Rina @ the counter is well above the beyond. Again her customer service and time she takes to help me is crazy good. I couldn’t be happier with how she treats me and my guys and honestly she’s a huge part of why I chose Johnstones as our main supply house. If your her boss reading this, give that lady a raise. She deserves it:):):) thanks Rina and know we see your hard work and we thank you for it. Have to give a shout out to Rina and the whole Orlando branch. Won’t sell a ball valve to regular people

Spacious, clean, well staffed, no waiting. Carries just about everything you need. Staff friendly and courteous. Jose was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and a great attitude.
