JON AND SONS CARPET CLEANERS

I can't praise Jon enough for his professionalism and quality of work from beginning to end. He was referred by my neighbors on NexDoor after my toilet valve leaked water into my bedroom carpet. From the time I called Jon to get him to quote, he explained the process in a most thorough and effective manner. Others said they'd give me a break on price, but by comparison, their process of remediation was unclear at best. It turned out Jon's price was the same as the person who offered to give me a break. Last but not least, Jon was personable, articulate, knowledgeable and came across as a person who thoroughly enjoyed his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him in a heartbeat. I myself run a handyman business with my son and was so happy that my wife found Jon & Sons. Jon was not only puntual & totally professional, he presented himself well, communicated well and was obviously a kind individual. We were impressed with his focus on protecting our home from risks of his equipment and insuring that we were comfortable with how he operated. He spent a lot of time cleaning our carpets and area rug and they looked and smelled amazing when he was done! This was the best experience with any of the service providers during our move. Jon is absolutely amazing. Story below: So I had been bailed on by another company literally the day of my move. I was absolutely freaking out. I had to be out with the carpets cleaned by the end of the day. I called a couple of companies who quoted me ridiculous prices because they knew I was in a bind. Called Jon, he was so nice and squeezed me in at a fair price. Super nice guy! He was efficient but also did an absolutely incredible job. Our beige carpet was black from the amount of foot traffic it had seen. Jon made it look like new.
