Jon McGrew Garage Doors Repairs and Replacements

We had the tensioner on our garage door opener break, and called Jon, made an appointment with him. The process was easy and the response was quick. Joe and Jesse were the techs, and the work that they did repairing the tensioner, was exceptional and fast, and they did a couple of other things - oiling the springs, and some adjustments, and even offered to program a remote. I would highly recommend these guys, as they were really knowledgable and did an excellent job. The door is much quieter than before and I would and will call them the next time we have a need for garage door and/or opener services. Thanks guys!!

My second time using Jon McGrew. Our property manager uses their own vendor for garage door repairs. Each time they send someone out, the repair quote comes back with an outrageous amount and as a property owner, I get a second opinion. Jon has come to the rescue twice now and I wish my property manager would just use Jon. This time the first repair quote from the other company came in at $2900.00 to replace the torsion springs! I sent Jon out there and he was able to simply adjust them as they did not need replacing at all. As a repeat customer, Jon didn't even charge me! Don't call anyone else, call Jon for honest service.
