I would rate zero if possible. I had my fence installed Feb 2024 while I was out of town and my adult son was home. I returned home in April 2024 and immediately let Joe (salesman) know of the concerning issues and my dissatisfaction. The pictures I was sent looked great until I was able to see the fence in person. The double gate has never lined up - matter of fact it sticks very far out from the other side of the gate. The double gate is defective is an understatement. It is severely uneven and had a gap so large my 3 year old granddaughter got her hand stuck in between the 2 double gates. Crew came out twice to fix after I had to send multiple messages and reminders and each time it was left in worse condition then we started with. I asked for owner intervention and was met with "we

They were so awesome to deal with. We had an issue with our builder with final grading after we closed. They were initially going to have our fence up on the day of closing which was awesome. Unfortunately our builder prevented this, but these guys came through for us. As soon as the builder finished our grading, they managed to squeeze us in within 2 days even though they had a full schedule, they got it done on a Saturday and it looks great. The bid was more than fair compared to others I had received, and they got it done as soon as we were ready. We are very happy and appreciative of these guys.

Perfect timing. We had them install a 4’ black chain link fence to our new home. We closed on our house and they finished the fence the same day. Joe Houk was great to work with and he made this process painless. Roberto and his crew were fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Jones and Scott Fence. Thanks again!
