Louisville Hvac Pro’s

90 degrees outside, and my AC was completely busted. Louisville HVAC Pros was my third phone call. The first two said they'd be there in "a few days." HVAC Pros said they'd be there in an hour. And they were. Unfortunately it turned out I needed a whole system replacement. I got a quote on the spot and an install date. I checked that quote with a couple other places in town and no one would come close to beating it. The new install went great and took only 4 hours start to finish. The price quoted was exactly what I paid, and I'm thrilled with the service. Thank you!!

Wow. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam run with AI. I spoke to the owner on Wednesday-the male voice that answered the phone and they scheduled an appointment on Friday- saying they work 24/7, but might have problems because of home warranty being m-f 9-5. I had an appointment on Friday 9/12 at 0900. They didn’t show, I called them at around 10:45 to give them time because I understand things can run late. Didn’t hear back from them and eventually left a message with their “receptionist.” Didn’t hear back. Called my home warranty company Porch Warranty/Residential Warranty Services, of which L. HVAC pros didn’t respond to. Was told to wait until Monday. Called this company and spoke to the owner who answers the phone- a man. He said “oh they never followed up with you? I’ll get right

Awesome Company! Great equipment, installation, and pricing! I had three other HVAC companies give me quotes, and they wanted to play the numbers game. Felt like I was buying a used car.. NOT with Louisville HVAC Pros, Stacy gave me his best price up front and it was a no brainer. Better equipment and better pricing! They made the process very easy and professional! I can not recommend them enough. This kind of service and professionalism is truly hard to find these days! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!

Very pleased with my experience and new hvac unit. They were quick to respond to my call. Gave me a fast and easy estimate. I got 4 quotes and the quote I got from them was by far the best, I was almost concerned that once the work was completed there might be an up charge, but the quote I got was the quote I paid. They got me scheduled quickly as well. I hope my system lasts for many years with no issues, but they will be my first call if needed, wish I would have used them sooner.

I had an issue with a leaking pipe on our AC unit in the basement. I called these guys and Stacy had someone out within an hour. It was also getting later in the evening which made me appreciate them showing up even more. Within an hour, the technician had the issue resolved. I will definitely be calling these guys when I need HVAC work. Plus the price was very fair.
