Great experience! I've found my new HVAC company! The staff was courteous and had great communication from start to finish. I appreciate how organized and nice they are. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Overall I am very impressed and I am happy I found this group.

CJ and Sean were extremely professional and patient-they answered all of our (many) questions throughout the process. They replaced our 2006 furnace with a new Trane on 10.28.25. And you know the saying....."Nothing stops a Trane." So here's to a warm worry-free winter. In addition to the furnace, they replaced our Air conditioner and offer a semi annual maintenance to ensure that they are in tip top condition for the season. Chris was great! He called with a heads up of when he would arrive and was right on schedule. He explained what he was doing when he cleaned the split and took a moment to befriend my dog. Great service - as always with OneChoice. And Dawson, who came a couple of weeks ago was great too! Both he and his apprentice took time to explain options to keep our furnace working at its optimal level. Jeremy the HVAC tech arrived too quickly! He performed his duties too efficiently! He had my apartment feeling too comfortably! Bailey came out to take care of our system. He performed a blower wheel cleaning, a coil cleaning, and a few part repairs. He wore booties in the home and was extremely polite and professional. I’d recommend One Choice Mechanical to anyone in need.
