TERRIBLE SERVICE! Laid flooring in our business and glue leaks out of the tile daily. It has ruined merchandise and rugs. OWNER will not make it right. It’s been over 10 months of us trying to get him to have this cleaned and resolved. Do not trust them to do an honorable job. Attaching pictures!

Fantastic service, couldn't have asked for a better company to take care of us onsuch a time limit with a baby about to be brought into the house. Ask for Scott, he's amazing and so sweet. This flooring is gorgeous.

Bruce was a big help in choosing our floor and shower tile however after the work was finished we had several places that was damaged from the workers and also a big mess in our driveway. After several attempts to have this resolved nothing has been done to fix it. We had to pay for the damages to be fixed ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Jordan flooring was absolutely a great experience. Scott helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. He also let us know that a price increase was forthcoming so that we could get the wood flooring before the higher price went into effect. If you are looking for great service, this is definitely the store!

I just can't say enough good things about these folks. We replaced carpet and tile with fantastic looking laminate flooring from Jordan, and it looks great! Great price, and their installation guys were awesome. They were the most professional I've ever seen, and completed the job in just 2 days, and that included having to rip out old tile from the kitchen! I highly recommend Jordan over the chain home improvement stores, because the installation crew's attention to detail was amazing.
