My landlord hired them to do some electrical updates on the commercial building and they were really great! Great communication and great guys who came out. Called ahead to make sure we’d know they were coming and were on time, every time. Fast and efficient and professional. Will not hesitate to call them for the business and my personal property needs.

My power line from the house pole to the road came loose and was hanging dangerously close to the ground. I contacted Joe Morgan Electrical and they came right away. They assessed the situation and what it would take to make the necessary repairs. A storm came up and they said they would be back in the morning to make repairs. True to their word they returned bright and early, made the repairs to the pole and called Talquin to come and do the line work. They put my mind at ease as they were very professional, polite, and went straight to work. I didn't have to do anything but be grateful. Karen was so kind and helpful. She helped me get back power after the storm when others weren't so kind. I can't say enough about how patient she was with me and explained things to me as I don't know much at all about electricity. She saved the expense of a trip charge and got me up and running so I could get back to work. 5 stars isn't enough. They will be the first company I reach out to should I need ANY work done.
