I scheduled online and picked my date and time. I received an email confirmation. I also received a phone call to confirm their arrival time. JD and Will from Joseph’s Junk Removal were fabulous! I can’t thank them enough! They were punctual and polite and made sure that they took the items that I wanted to get rid of and not take anything that I wanted to keep. The estimate was most fair. They went above and beyond. I will be calling them again!

Joseph’s junk removal was wonderful! I highly recommend. They were quick to respond, same day free quote and same day pick up, generous in the quote, and both gentleman were kind and polite! I will most definitely use them again !

Quinton and Zach came out and they were great! Easygoing, friendly and efficient. The company called me back within 10 minutes when I hung up with the virtual assistant. That was great. But every other time I got a live person. ( And I was told this is only so people can get immediate service). Definitely will be my go too- and also, price was reasonable compared to others!

Blake came out to remove some junk we had. He did a great job of communicating expectations basic pricing estimates and removing the junk requested. He was flexible and allowing us to add stuff on for the job that I had forgot about. I greatly appreciate him and Joseph’s junk removal. Highly recommend them.

Always a pleasure with these guys. We've used them here at Harlow apartments a few times and they are phenomenal. Professional,courteous and fast. Great pricing too! All the other companies were awful. If i can give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for the great service highly recommend!
