To start with the good: our overgrown Japanese maple in the front yard looks great. The shaping was well done and appears to have been handled with care. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was deeply troubling. Nick was great during the initial consultation. He listened carefully, offered advice, and confidently assured us they could handle everything we discussed. However, the morning the crew arrived, the walk-through with the crew chief painted a very different picture. Many things Nick had guaranteed could be done were met with uncertain responses from the crew chief. When they showed up, the crew went right to work after talk to me through the project. They had the tree down and cleaned up quicker than I expected. The entire process was easy.
