We are absolutely thrilled with our Lake Custom Doors! Natalie was truly wonderful to work with. She walked us through all our options and designed our dream doors. She was able to keep our original doorway trim woodwork and matched the wood color perfectly. Tino and Natalie did an amazing install job and the doors fit perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased. We'll be recommending them to any friends who are looking for new doors. 10/10 would recommend.

Natalie and Tony and Nataly were the best! The communication was great from the start. They quoted us the price and there were no surprises later. We wanted custom doors, particular look and Natalie delivered. They had to get the glass made to order so that took a little longer, but we’re pleased with the results and the service. On the day of installation they had to work extra hard and long because our house is an old one, nothing is straight and there are always surprises when you reveal what’s underneath old doors and jams. They were incredible and I felt bad that they worked ten hours straight without stopping. I highly recommend them! And if we ever need new doors again, we will most certainly call Natalie.

I wish there was a way to give Lake Custom Doors a rating of 10! They are more than a 5! We walked into the LCD office just before end of business one day, and although she usually meets with clients in a scheduled meeting format, Natalie happily took the time to show us some examples of custom doors they’ve created, and she listened to our ideas for our future custom door, and reasons for those choices. We could not be happier with our new double doors! Their craftsmanship is superb and very professional. They were most attentive to every detail. When they made commitments and promises they delivered. They made us feel like we were doing them a favor. They genuinely care about pleasing their clients and never seem bothered by anything. And besides, they are some of the nicest, most genuine people we have ever worked with. We would definitely use them again and we recommend them without reservation. We give them 2 👍👍 up.

Thrilled with my new front door! Natalie and Tino went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my door! I wanted a custom door, but live in an HOA community. I was stuck with having to make my door match everyone else’s and was sad because I wanted a custom one. They suggested I customize the inside and they’ll just make the exterior match the others.
