We love ProMaster Services and would be lost without them! Max G saved us when our toilet backed up and flooded our basement. It was a disaster and we are eternally grateful for all the knowledge, skill, and experience he provided to diagnose the problem and provide solutions. All around a good experience! They are quick to respond. My water heater went out on a Sunday (don’t they always!) and Matt and Joel were here first thing Monday morning to replace it. It wasn’t an easy installation by any means. The space was very tight but they did it. They were also very careful going up and down my wood stairs and didn’t even leave a scratch on them - a major feat carrying heavy water heaters. I give them 5 BIG STARS!

I would highly recommend Pro Master Services. After water began pooling on our downstairs level without an apparent cause, I called their team for assistance. Someone arrived at our office in less than an hour to assess the situation and quickly identified that a leak from an upstairs toilet was draining down to the baseboards of a downstairs bathroom, hallway, and office. The wax ring and flapper, successfully resolving the issue. I can't thank Scott and Redd for all their help. They really came though for us.
