1st and 2nd cleaning was great, 3rd cleaning she sent her son only and he did a poor job. She offered me a free cleaning and agreed on a date and time but never showed and stop answering my calls! I asked for $100 refund to move pass the issue but have yet to hear back from her. Will need to take legal actions for her lack of professionalism.
I am so pleased with the services I received. The customer service was amazing. I am very pleased again, just an awe on how you cleaned our home. I definitely will be back. I have referred two people :-)
