Journal Commons Garage - Power Parking

Pretty terrible garage. Monthly user here, garage door is constantly breaking, and anyone can access the garage since they open it to the public so your garage kept car isn't truly safe. Not to mention, I just opened up my mail to get 5 parking tickets when I have a monthly subscription. They are wasting my time making me dispute these tickets.

I went to Milwaukee, WI to bring my daughter to her very first concert ever!! It was the first time as well for myself going to the Pfizer Forum and being downtown Milwaukee, so I really wasn't sure where I was going or where to park. I had staff at several different ramps and lots who were utmost helpful, kind and patient with me the day of the event to get me parked. I just am not the most tech savvy so I must not have done things in the right order because my husband purchased a parking pass for us ahead of time and I just didn't know how to apply it correctly. I did end up getting a ticket for Event Parking Violation but submitted an appeal with my payment photos and a nice woman named Annette Peace voided the ticket. Reserved a spot ahead of an event. No spots available when I showed up, but was accommodated.

Well parked here for an event at Turner hall. Wasnt sure how to get in. Door opened as someone was leaving. That's how we got in. Then after event wasn't sure sure how to get in secured garage. Called the number on the sign and no one picked up. Waited 15 minutes for someone to enter so we could get inside. I would just stick to one of the above lots to park in. Into the next day still haven't heard back from the 3 voicemails I left on how to enter garage. App is useless they send reminders when time is about to expire or when your turn has expired.

You cannot get into the garage after 11 pm. Called the number, to no avail! Had to sit there for about 50 minutes, till someone else was exiting the building for me to enter the building and access my car! NOT RECOM3NDED FOR LATER HOURS!
