Cole responded to my call quickly and made an appointment for me at the end of his day. He quickly determined what needed to be done. He cleaned and repaired my furnace, replaced my thermostat and adjusted the settings to meet the needs of my home. Cole was polite and friendly. I truly appreciated his professional behavior. I highly recommend his services.

We lost our heat and we’re in a frenzy trying to figure out what to do. I messaged some businesses and they all replied with “we will get a technician out there as soon as possible!” Which is great. But Cole responded as the owner and came in with full transparency, honesty, and exactly what you’d want from a business. He was helpful, so nice, and so accommodating. If anyone needs any help with their HVAC, call this guy. He treats you like a friend and not a customer. Which is absolutely incredible. I’d give this guy 10 stars if I could.

Great experience! ***This is one of the GREAT ones! *** I called Journey Heating and Cooling when my hvac stopped. I ended up needing a new system. I was impressed with the equipment, and Cole’s knowledge of the products. Nothing about having your hvac replaced is cheap, but I felt his pricing was reasonable. The installer braved rain and wind while replacing my system. It was pretty awful conditions, and most other guys would leave when the rain started. Cole brought out an EZ UP and kept on going. I work with tradespeople every day, it’s my job. I truly mean it when I say, Journey Heating and Cooling is top notch.

I’ve been using Journey to assist with rental house needs as a property manager. I just happened to land on the company, luck of the draw doing a Google search and I did NOT want a big commercialized company, no thanks. Ive had my fair share of run-ins with multiple companies between being a property manager and a home owner myself. I cannot say enough how thorough they are, how fair, incredibly priced and how helpful, even coming to our house on a Saturday (and holiday weekend) when our furnace was on the fritz. Give them a shout for your next HVAC needs!

We had a fantastic experience with Cole the owner of Journey HVAC from start to finish. From the initial visit to review our mold issues associated with our outdated HVAC system to the honest recommendations of how to solve our problem. Cole was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly explained the whole process before starting. The installation was completed on time and with minimal disruption. We were especially impressed with how they handled the removal of the old ductwork and running the new ductwork, working in a tight crawlspace. They cleaned up the work area completely and left our home spotless. Our new system is working perfectly, and we've already noticed a huge difference in our home's comfort.
