Jeff and his entire team did such an amazing job from the beginning stages of getting an estimate, submitting claims to our insurance for our roof and siding, and communication during a brief period until the job was completed. We are so very grateful for such a professional company and how beautiful our home turned out. Highly recommend to anyone in need of these services.

Things were a bit rocky and there were a lot of communication struggles BUT Abdiel made sure to call and clear up all issues and made sure to rectify every situation. He made sure my roof was beautiful, my claim was taken care of, and that the team would make sure to come finish everything that needed to be completed. Journey Home Restoration was a fantastic company to work with for our insurance claim and roof replacement. Rob B. was our project manager, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the maximum allowance from our insurance company for our roof replacement. After initiating the claim in October 2023, our new roof was installed this past week. We could not be happier with the results, as well as the customer service we received from Journey Home Restoration throughout the entire process.

We have a ranch style home and a barn up front on our property in Hinckley. We had Kyle from Journey Home Restoration come out to perform an inspection for us and he found several issues that needed to be addressed. Kyle made us feel at ease during the whole process and communicated with our insurance provider the repairs that needed to be completed. By the end of our time with him, we received full replacements on both our barn and home and Kyle handled the whole way through. I recommend him to all my family and will contact him for any future home remodeling issues in the future! 10/10

Journey Home Restoration ultimately delivered a great experience, even though it didn’t start out smoothly. It was a very long process, we had significant roof damage from a tornado that warranted replacement. Some of the delay was partially due to our home owners insurance dragging out the process to get the replacement approved. Once the had approved the work, we had some significant communication issues early on and went through a few different points of contact, which at one point made us worry the project would be a headache—but that changed once we connected with Abdiel. He was the first person who truly kept his word and followed up exactly when he said he would, which made a huge difference.
