I have issues with my furnace. I made the call and got services later that afternoon. I was so grateful. They have visited my home in the past. They have always did an awesome job. They have serviced my home over the last 13 years. My late Hubby and I have always been satisfied with the Techs and services. I highly recommend. Thank you Ray Gidich and your excellent staff.

I Have been using Giddich for many years for maintenance and new replacements on my rental properties. On a very cold night we woke up to find we had no heat and our furnace was too old for repairs at our own home. Giddich came out same day to give us a very good estimate and we had the new furnace installed the next morning. Highly recommend them for friendly, caring and professional service.

Gidich was helpful repairing our old furnace. When it finally had a major mishap right before the holidays they made sure we had our new furnace installed and running for Christmas. I also like working with them because everyone in the office is down to earth and straight forward with you. I did not feel pressured while talking with them. Chuck did a great job analyzing the problem we had with our old furnace. He gave us good advice and didn’t try selling us on anything we didn’t need. From there, the owner came to our home and made the suggestion to replace our furnace and helped us select the right unit for our home. The serviceman arrived when expected. We had short discussion about what I wanted serviced and he recommended his planned procedure then he started the service on my HVAC system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. He serviced the unit and made some recommendations and he was done. I am very satisfied with the service call and the price. I now have peace of mind that the unit is in good condition and functioning as it should.
