Reliable Basement & Drain did an excellent and thorough job, was a pleasure to deal with - like family - and kept the conversation going, so I understood. I felt taken care of and completely confident in their abilities and their attitude. Didn't feel like I had to watch my step - or my back. They diagnosed the problem quickly - and came to a conclusion no other plumber did...and it turned out they were right. All this at the best price I could find, too! They had the knowledge and answers immediately when I asked questions (esp Thomas!); they have the long (family business) experience, know their stuff, and do the research. And it became obvious they "go the extra mile" when carrying out the work. You could tell they want you to feel like you're being taken care of by family members. L

This is the second time in recent months that we have had Reliable Basement and Drain Plumbing out for a plumbing issue. This is also the second time we have been lucky to have James O'Brien as our technician. He is a very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and likeable young man. The service was extremely quick and efficient. Reliable has been very reliable! I thought we would have to wait days for service, but he was able to come out within an hour of our call. Great Job!
