Was a great experience working with Joe and Patty. The attention to detail was just incredible! Joy did our entire downstairs - family room, living room, foyer, kitchen, 1/2 bath (including wrapping around the 1/2 bath and seams meet perfectly). Joe knew my appreciation to detail and did not disappoint - I absolutely love looking down family room through the kitchen into the dining room (imagine straight like a 'bowling lane'). Joe took care of all the little things that you might not notice (like fixing all the 'squeeks' in my sub floor). Totally delighted!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am not sure who they sent to do an estimate for my kitchen (I have a feeling it was the owner which makes this even worse)… but the jerk never made it in my house. He Stated “I have to BID on this small kitchen… you can have it!” And walked away. So insulting. I would NEVER recommend a company like this. They should treat every customer with the same care and respect. I will own that my first estimate ran late and overlapped … but still. Every home owner who is savvy would get 2-3 estimates. Days later and I’m still upset. On top of that the guy left ruts in my lawn as he left. Terrible. Just terrible

We had a carpet installed by Joy Carpet Co in our basement 10 years ago. I really appreciated the owners eye for detail. He actually took time to fix one of my hardwood floors and refused to take money for it. Last week we had them install our kitchen floor. Its beautiful and once again he took time and installed a small piece of molding that was not in the contract. He once again refused to take any money for it. Great people

We had a super great experience with Joy Carpet. From the assistance we received in helping us choose a floor to the installation process was truly an easy process. The installer Joe went above and beyond to make sure our newly remodeled room was finished and looked great. We will definitely use them again in the future.

If you want to deal with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde then by all means this is the guy for you! The owner came to my house to do the measurements for carpet installation and was as friendly as can be. He was agreeable to helping to assist in moving furniture, coming on two days to complete the work etc. I paid him thousands of dollars in full which should have been a big red flag before he even began the job . 🚩 I questioned it but he said that's how they do business. Fast forward to the day of installation. He specifically agreed to coming to start the work at 10 am. I had written the time on my calendar the day he was here doing the measurements. At 10:20 ish I simply called the place of business to inquire as to whether he was on his way or not. The wife ans the phone and told me she woul
