Several years ago we started looking to build a home in NC. We finally settled on a lot in Ocean Ridge Plantation of Brunswick County. Living in Pa. we knew the risky part would be choosing the right builder. After meeting and speaking with as many people as was practical we still hadn't reached a conclusion. We then reached out to Colleen Tiefier of Silvercoast Realty. She said the only choice for her would be Sid Rampy of Joy Construction. We scheduled a meeting with Colleen and Sid and after that we made the decision to entrust our build with Sid (Joy Construction.)......Great Decision! As an added bonus we were assigned one of the best Project Managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with, Joe Clauto. He oversees your home build ,giving extreme attention to detail and quality
