Definitely unreliable. So I scheduled a appt which was rescheduled due to them having covid. Ok cool. We rescheduled for a Saturday at 9. So Friday get here and I was told they had a job in VA and had to push my time up til 11 I said ok. Then they changed it to 12-2 so I just canceled. I tried giving them another chance but apparently someone is still upset that I canceled, so they don't respond to any of my messages 🙃.

I've used this carpet cleaning company several times and have found them to be pretty consistently unreliable. The last time was the straw that broke the camel's back and I have informed them that I won't use them again and I decided to give bad reviews so that others can avoid as well.... Joy of cleaning was supposed to do a home for me at 4 p.m. yesterday it is a home that I'm having an open house at.yesterday was a Saturday and I was at a festival with my family I received a message at 1 p.m. stating that they could not wait until 4 they can't just sit around and wait and they had a lot of cancellations so they would need to do it earlier or they couldn't do it at all. I said well can we just please do for that was our scheduled time and they said no we really need to do it earlier we

Excellent staff! Polite, friendly and professional. We had our couches cleaned and they look brand new now. 100% recommend to anyone. Very reasonable prices as well.
