They exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend. We did an out of state move Aaron our sales rep was amazing, he was very thorough calculating how many lbs of furniture we had, communicative and responsive, even when he got sick, he was still taking care of us. I loved how honest he was about all the charges involved and how we could save some money. Toms team was amazing, they were very polite, gentle with our furniture, the team worked well together and for the large move we had they took care of every detail. Disassembled furniture, and reassembled at the new location, communicate, friendly. They even came back to redo my husband’s desk after they were gone to make sure it was done properly. I had the pleasure of working with Mike from California and he went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant moving experience. This was the first time I had ever hired moving help and I really lucked out. Mike's team did a phenomenal job of packing valuables and making sure our furniture was positioned correctly to avoid damage. Not only did his team pack up our belongings but they also unpacked at the final destination. Mike's team was welcoming, cooperative, and fast. best moving experience we ever had! Asim and Polo did an amazing job, very professional, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces. they really took care of our personal items, everything was packed safely and on top of that they work extremely fast! Asim explained every step in detail and even after delivery, he would still be in contact with us for questions. would’ve given 10 stars just because of those 2 guys👍

I just completed a cross country move with Joyce Van Lines, and what a fantastic experience! John Adams and Kathy Delano were so helpful and accommodating during the quote and scheduling process. A HUGE thank you to our driver Mike Fajardo and his assistant John Cooper for the superior customer service. From the meticulously careful packing/loading, consistent communication during the trip, and careful unloading/placement of my belongings, (including my vehicle), the experience was amazing; so friendly, courteous and respectful. Joyce Van Lines is exceptional! They packed and loaded our 4 bedroom house efficiently in way less time than we had expected. The crew was phenomenal! They were super hard workers and very skilled at their jobs. A big shout out to JJ, who was amazing!
