JP Flooring Design Center - West Chester

We used JP Flooring to source and install a new engineered hardwood floor for our lower level. We chose the Woodura Natural Walnut product and really love the feel and look of the new floor. We worked with Wendy at JP to make our decision and complete the order and installation details. She was wonderful to work with and helped us during the various stages of the project. The installation team, led by Miguel, was very good at what they do as well, and very careful with the installation. Overall we are very pleased with our choice of the Woodura flooring and with JP Flooring. We will happily recommend them to anyone interested in new flooring for their home.

JP Flooring and Jerry Burress were excellent to work with and did a fantastic job installing new carpet in our home. Jerry was knowledgeable, informative and patient in dealing with me. He listened to my needs and provided excellent options for me to select from. He kept me informed throughout the process and followed up to make sure we were happy with our selection and their installation crews work. Everything exceeded our expectations. Jason Reno did an amazing job fixing our floor issues with our lvp. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Can't say enough about the results. Excellent work. Mike Meiners did a great job with the carpet squeaks. Did a above and beyond to fix the issues. Highly recommend both of them.

I highly recommend working with Wendy Strayer at JP Flooring. I loved working with her! Wendy is extremely knowledgeable with a good eye for design and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my unique needs. And, when the project hit some unexpected bumps on my end, she cheerfully and competently took care of the needed changes. JP Flooring's install team was also excellent. They were punctual, friendly and professional. And the floor looks amazing.

Jason Reno did a fantastic job repairing our pantry floor that had a nail pop coming through. He was very efficient and ended the job with a great result. Looks like the day we moved in. He even did the courtesy call ahead that I had asked for to let me know he was on his way! Would definitely recommend!
