Daniel was very professional and explained the insurance claim process and steps they would take. I was contacted by Rob and he has gone above and beyond with getting our roof replacement. I have been so impressed with the professionalism, communication and kindness of Daniel, Rob and Kyle. Each one has shown they really care about their customers. The roof turned out beautiful and completed in the timeframe promised. Everything was cleaned up and left perfect. We had a tornado pass through our area that damaged our house. We contracted with JPA Roofing to make the repairs and we're thrilled with the work the did for us. The roofing, gutters, and siding look great. Alisha, the office manager was always available for questions and she worked with our home owners insurance making the repairs hassle free for us. Matthew our project manager was also always available for questions and made sure the repairs were done right. Our out of pocket cost on this $33,000 project was just under the 10% deductable on our home owners policy. I would recommend JPA Roofing to everyone.

My husband and I had fantastic service through JPA Roofing. A very competent, caring, customer oriented and trustworthy company. I can’t say enough good things about JPA, the staff and workers, and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. We had to pay out of pocket for our roof as our damages didn’t qualify in submitting an insurance claim. I say that as JPA worked with us to help keep our costs reasonable without compromising on quality. Rarely do you find a roofing contractor that truly acts as your advocate in striving to get the best work done. JPA did that and more. I strongly recommend them.
