Alex and his team delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. When he came out to give us our quote, he was super knowledgeable about the color options, pros and cons of each brand and line of composite products, and talked through how changes to the design or plan would change the work and how they would go about it. When we were ready to move forward with the project, he was exceptional in ensuring each want on our list was in the plan. After demo of the old deck, a few problems came up which he was unphased by and quickly resolved.
