Alex and Brendan were our Superior installers for our new heating system. Despite significant weather conditions they called and arrived early. Ready to get the old system out and new up and running. They were both so helpful and kind. Going in and out of the house aware of our pets. We really appreciated their expertise. Some story of the furnace going out for a zero degree foot of snow weekend but superior to save and warm the day. Thx again v&c

Korey was great. They got us a quick appointment, and corrected our problem quickly. Korey was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew about our issue as well as our specific equipment and our local concerns. He explained everything that was going on thoroughly and gave us several options and recommendations for short term and long term success and cost savings. He did not pressure any decisions, and then completed the work quickly. He verified functionality and updated us on his additional findings. I was impressed with his demeanor and his knowledge.

We had a great experience with Superior replacing our HVAC system. Scott quoted the job and was very thorough in making sure our questions were answered. Alex, Brendan, and Cody handled the install and I could tell they cared about the quality of their work. Good price for a 2stage system.

Wanted to say that my experience with Superior Services was the best! Scott Moore (project manager) was so professional and knowledgable! He made it easy to feel confident about getting a new furnace system. Jesse and Noah (installation techs)got right on removing old equiptment and installing new heat pump system right before recent cold snap. They were excellent getting everything installed and working in one day! I highly recommend Superior Services for any or all your HVAC needs…you won’t be disappointed. Best experience I’ve had in a long time with any company!

Jerry did an excellent job fixing our furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and why the repair was needed. Our furnace is older, and he walked us through the options honestly without pressure or upselling. He worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with—especially during cold weather. The furnace is now running smoothly and quietly again. I really appreciated Jerry’s transparency and calm, respectful approach. Highly recommend him and would gladly have him back for future service.
