I’ve been using JRB for the past 15 years or more. Jeff is the best! He’s the real deal. Honest, knowledgeable, fair, prompt, kind. The furnace broke down in one of my apt buildings in Dec when it was in the teens. He gave me the option to fix or replace, giving me the pros and cons of both. He leaned toward replacing it so that’s what I did. I bought the super model that has zoning components for different floors. Jeff really knows his craft and takes pride in providing great service. I know that he is looking out for my best interest! LOVE JRB!

JRB was recommended to us by our home inspector and they were fantastic. Their pricing is competitive and all of the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. We got an estimate a few months ago and our system crashed just before the holiday. JRB was able to get a new system installed quickly and kept their estimate as opposed to some other providers who wanted to charge us a rush fee.

My boiler/furnace stopped heating during unseasonably cold weather. JBR went to a lot of different local suppliers to find the necessary parts to fix. Otherwise it would have been a long 2 to 3 week wait. I’m very thankful for their timely services.

The service was done on time as scheduled. The technicians were professional and respectful. They identified a problem with one of the units and were able to fix it promptly. I was completely satisfied with the service.
