I asked Luke to give me an estimate on replacing my 28 y.o. HVAC system figuring it was living on borrowed time and hoping to get it installed before the peak heat of summer. Luke, after a thorough inspection of my old furnace/condenser and a discussion of my needs sent an estimate that best utilized my existing flue pipe and A/C line set, which kept the cost down to a very reasonable number. Well, the summer heat wave came early and I had to wait a while before Luke could fit me in. My A/C was still working and Luke was prioritizing clients who had failed systems. The wait was worth it, I got Luke’s righthand man Bret and his crew of Joe and Dominic. I got to hang with the 3 of them as they disassembled and carted away my old stuff and installed the new. All three of the guys are skilled

We had a complicated heating situation in our home, and L. Cipriani Heating & Cooling handled it exceptionally well. They quickly diagnosed serious issues with the original furnace and ductwork that others couldn’t figure out, and installed a brand-new system in less than two days. When follow-up glitches appeared (which turned out to be related to inadequate ductwork from the original construction of the house — not their installation, which was excellent), they came back promptly and went the extra mile to correct everything the right way. They were responsive, transparent, and very fair with pricing. The heat now runs exactly as it should. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for professionalism and integrity.
