Joey, Gavin, and Triston from Keystone Basement Systems installed our basement water guard, wall membrane, and triple safe sump system. They communicated their plan prior to starting and kept me updated on their progress all day. They isolated the work area with plastic and cleaned up everything when the job was finished. What a great crew I had to install supplemental support jacks under my 1973 crawlspace. These gentlemen were of the highest quality and communicated thoroughly even when they had to give me news that altered our project. Michael, our project manager made sure we were in the know about the first phase of this project the whole time and was upfront, honest and kind through the whole process. He made us feel like we were his first priority even when I had questions for him on his day off. He never hesitated to answer a question or provide an opinion. Honestly im pretty unhappy with the quality of work that was done with my basement. The guys that did the work were friendly and nice but they did not cover anything and left a mess everywhere, they forgot my dehumidifier that i was charged $700 alone. So i had to take a 2nd day of work off on Tuesday so they could come back and install that after the scheduled install. And then the way the sump pump is connected up to a literal car battery in the middle of my floor, extremely inconvenient and now im going to have to relocate it when i have no tools to do so. The caulking on the inside of the garage for the piping was an absolute mess and completely oversprayed. There is a gap between the wall now were they dug to install this new gutter system. Their salesperson Jayden Williams and his over 90 minute assessment and presentation including samples of what they would be using plus a short video sold me on their products and business. Jayden followed up after I signed the contract and sent me a thank you card. Hiring this company to do my foundation was nothing short of a nightmare. KBS was hired to install piers outside of my house (to avoid tearing my basement apart) in December 2024, initially September but had to reschedule due to not being able to finalize the loan on time. After them rescheduling due to issues on another job, I was told 2 teams would be coming and the work would be done in one day with excavation on 2 opposing corners of my home along several feet of the structure.
