I spoke to a gentleman last week regarding a commercial project we are going to be doing. We discussed the project and I gave him all the information and he was going to send me an email. I didn’t hear anything so I called them this morning to follow up. The man that answered the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke too in my 25 years in the professional world. He said he was business like not rude. He doesn’t know what businesslike is because if he talk to everyone he comes in contact with no one will do business with this company. I advise they train their employees on customer service etiquette.
