Kevin and his team did an awesome job of adding an egress window to our basement at an affordable price and amazing quality. the price was better than everyone else who quoted and with permits pulled. Highly recommend them I needed to wait 3 months for washington gas to finally relocate a gas line that was blocking where the egress window would go. The team was able to come the very next day and knocked out the project

We had a blank wall in our living room and we always thought small windows placed up high would let in light while still maintaining privacy. Jackson Construction gave us a great estimate and they started in the timeframe expected. They removed the drywall to install a header for the window and new 2x4s to the floor to support the windows. The windows were installed and the county inspected twice. They had to come multiple days to work on the drywall and it turned out very nice. Each day the technician came and applied another coat, rather than applying a lot and making a big mess during sanding. I am very happy with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their crew. I would highly recommend.

Kevin came out to give us an estimate for an egress window. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. His bid was also significantly lower than those of competing contractors. Communications with this company were pleasant, timely, and accurate. Kevin and his crew completed the project in less than one day, with very little noise and fuss. We are thrilled with our new egress window. It not only looks great, but increases the value of our home by letting us add the square footage of our finished basement to the livable space, and advertise a sixth legal bedroom.

J.S. Jackson was quite a pleasure to work with. We had a casement window extended to a full double hung window in a walk-out basement. I described the layout over the phone to Kevin who was confident enough to give me a rough price even over the phone, which I did not expect but greatly appreciated.
