John from My Plumbing Heroes’s is top notch! I had issues with my sump pump and he fit me into his schedule, so my basement wouldn’t flood. He was very friendly and professional to say the least. Very detailed oriented to take time to discuss what my problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I was given several options on parts and what I wanted, instead of him just ordering another pump and installing it. John took his time to clean everything properly and didn’t leave a mess. He treated the install with the wiring and placement of the equipment just like he would in his own house. I was lucky enough to find My Plumbing Heroes on other reviews given for plumbing services in the area. I will always support small businesses like his and is highly recommended!!

Jonathan was great at My Plumbing Heroes! We had been having issues with our water pressure and he came out essentially the next day to take a look. He was so thorough and detailed in explaining what he saw and recommending what we should do next. It wasn’t a sales pitch or trying to lock down a sale - he really took the time and it didn’t feel like we were just customers on a checklist. The scheduling and follow-up process were great as well. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Just wanted to say how wonderful My Plumbing Hero’s was to work with. Our hot water heater went out Monday evening, and Jonathan was able to get to us by 7am the next morning and replaced our hot water heater (which was quite the job because there was quite a few things messed up from previous installation from another company) and did an awesome job! He showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and had the new one installed and ready same day. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s so nice to find someone reliable, friendly, and honest.If you need any plumbing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!
