We highly recommend the team at Lakewood for your construction project. Tim, Lance and team were top notch from start to finish. This was our first major home construction project. Previously, we'd done room-by-room renovations (a kitchen, a bathroom, and a basement). For this project, we added a master bedroom suite over our existing garage and reconstructed the old master space to be an office and bedroom for our daughter. We couldn't be happier with the finished result and the process. We contracted Lakewood Home Improvements to renovate the main floor of our home, a project which included the removal of the existing linoleum flooring, wood panel walls, and popcorn ceiling in a living room, a hallway, a bedroom/study, a front closet and hall closet, and a front foyer. They then installed recessed lighting in the living room along withl hardwood floors throughout, installed drywall, installed crown molding, replaced doors, and completed the trim and paint.
