I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought decorative landscape rocks from this company and after the very first rain, the color completely washed off. The stones started turning white and left discoloration in the area where they were installed. These were clearly not natural colored rocks — they appear to have been artificially dyed or painted. Decorative rocks are supposed to be permanent landscaping material, not something that loses its appearance after one rainfall. This is not normal weathering — this is a product quality issue. I paid expecting a long-term solution and instead got rocks that look worse than plain gravel within days. I now have to remove and replace them, which means extra labor and cost. If you are considering buying decorative rock here, be aware:

I would absolutely work with JSJ again! They delivered fresh sod, then the first crew arrived and started install prep, next crew arrived to rake and smooth yard as they laid the sod. All finished, they cleaned up after themselves, and blew the area clean. Couldn't be happier with JSJ and their process!

I want to make everyone aware of the services that I’ve received from this company was HORRIBLE. I pretty much just donated hundreds of dollars to them to deliver me NOTHING MORE BUT TRASH. I purchased This Bahia grass from this company and had it delivered. Paid extra for it to be delivered to the back of my house which was delivered to the front. As you can see the sod that was delivered on April 20th was already looking like hay. I didn’t know anything about Sod and got it before my husband returned home. I hired a guy that’s experienced with laying Sod down on April 21st and he advised me that the sod was extremely damaged and possibly wouldn’t catch or grow. Do not be deceived by the Five Star reviews. Pay attention to the details. Before you read this review, keep three things in mind: 1. Most people leave only negative reviews; I leave both positive and negative. 2. The outcome of a company's delivery to offer excellent customer service is a reflection of upper management involved on the people doing the actual work. 3. One individual homeowners' praise or complaint cannot be compared to multiple homeowners doing the same, I'm speaking on behalf of multiple homeowners. We bought a pallet of Bahia last year and it was great. It had way less weeds than the Bahia our contractor put around our new house and the pieces stayed together fairly well. Last week, I paid for 2 pallets. I was only able to take one on Friday. The rep on the phone agreed that I could pick up the 2nd pallet on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, I drove over, as scheduled. I should have called first. The young lady behind the counter told me they were out of Bahia. She was very matter-of-fact and not at all apologetic that the company failed to uphold their end of the agreement. I'm not a big contractor buying loads of pallets so why would she? Friday's peices of sod did not stay together as well as last year's. We'll see how the second pallet goes - I'll call before wasting an hour of my tim
