First time homeowner with a need for seal coat to our driveway and came across this local company. Very friendly and easy to set up and driveway looks great. Price was also reasonable. However, they were a little messy in the application process, getting it on the side of the house. I contacted the office for suggestions on ways to remove this or products to use, as we don’t have the paint to just paint over. The woman said she would have someone come over at some point after a job to clean it up and to go ahead and pay in the meantime….. that was over a month ago and no one has come. Also, just an fyi you can’t pay with credit card, as we were given the option of cash or check, so just keep in mind.

We had a sizable driveway with an apron installed in June of 2024. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Julius Howe and his team. They were professional from beginning to end. There were two crews; one to remove the existing driveway and one to install the new one. Both were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone knew their job and performed it well. Each man was hard-working, courteous and friendly, and the lead man on each crew took time to answer my questions completely and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company for your asphalt needs. The crew were very professional, did an excellent job with putting down the gravel before, and the asphalt. They were very punctual and arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew cleaned up the area and made sure everything was the way it was when they came. We are very pleased with the job they did.

My driveway hasn't been done professionally in along time .I saw a house on Compton road & there driveway looked great. So i stop & ask the owner who did your driveway.She said we used Julius Howe Asphalt we used them for years. Believe me i called them they did a beautiful job.Very courteous &kind did an amazing job. Inconsistent paving thickness, wavy edges and does not honor their warranty. *SEE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM. We had a 19 year old gravel driveway that we wished to have paved. We received a quote from Julius Howe For a 3" thick asphalt driveway to be installed with them also adding a compacted gravel base. After the paving was completed, there were a few areas where the asphalt appeared to be quite thin. Julius assured me it was fine and would not be an issue. This was paved in the beginning of Fall 2021 and by early to mid Summer 2022 (well within 1 year warranty period) the driveway began developing substantial cracks throughout the entire driveway.
