I’ve used Junk King several times myself and have also recommended them to a lot of my clients. They make it incredibly easy to book an appointment, and the crews Scott sends out have always been respectful, professional, and polite. The whole process is seamless from start to finish. Excellent communication, easy to schedule pick up online. They called the night before and asked if they could come earlier, which wasn’t a problem. I would definitely use them again.

I am redoing my kitchen and needed all the old cabinets to be removed. We called Junk King, North Chelmsford and was absolutely pleased with how quickly the service was performed and the workers' professionalism. They removed all of the old cabinets and extra so fast without fuss or idling, so nice, I would recommend their services to anyone wanting this type of service. Scheduling was easy and communication about arrival time was prompt and clear. It was unclear to me how the process was going to go. I didn't know if my appointment was to review my situation and get a quote or if it was to review my situation, get a quote and removal, all same day. I would have been more prepared if I had known that the crew was going to provide a quote and remove the items in the same visit. Everyone was courteous, polite and helpful, but they moved quickly and I didn't feel like I had time to review everything that I wanted removed. The quote was higher than I expected, but I believe it was fair so I moved forward with my junk removal that day.
