Molly Maid did an excellent job cleaning our home. The team is respectful, friendly and show up on time. The team covers their shoes with disposable shoe covers- so thoughtful. Our beds are made beautifully, all bathrooms are clean and shiny ✨ The kitchen is organized perfectly and all spaces are clean with care. We have a dog and they even folded his blanket on his bed. We deeply appreciate the team's dedication and support towards our home. We feel as happy as the first time 🤩😃🙏

I used Molly Maids of Chelmsford for about 2 years, the first year they were solid cleaners, the second year the quality tanked massively, very frequently my floors weren’t mopped, shelves weren’t dusted, beds not made and my complaints were received with indifference and no respect to the price paid. I dropped them recently and they have not stopped bombarding me with texts and emails. Do not recommend

This service was a post-Kitchen-remodel cleanup. The team performed a complete cleaning of our house, to remove months of dust and dirt. They surprised me by emptying the waste baskets and washing the dishes we had left in the sink. Special flourishes included fan-folding the tissues and adding a special fold to the hand towels. Finally, since I was out of the house, they locked up when they left.
