It was so nice to have Madeline work with me to find a quick appointment time. She cares and has great over the phone customer service skills. When Patrick arrived to do the work, it was yet another pleasant surprise, to have an experienced professional to perform the work. In addition to that, he showed that he has tremendous interpersonal skills when discussing the "fix" that he would do, while also quickly explaining the how and why. I had an issue that was caused by a plumbing, heating, electric and AC company. I was in need to get this problem fixed quickly. I just purchased my home and was really pissed at this company for causing damage to my ceiling. I reach out to Just Fix It!! Inc. and spoke with Dan. Dan understood was I needed to have done and was ready to send out his team to assist. I was provided a quote of what it would cost to get this damage fixed and I was just waiting for the check from the other company to clear. Once it clears Dan sent out his teammate Matt. Matt was absolutely great! He explained what he was going to be doing and assured me that once it was completed it would look just like new. The project took about 2 hrs and all was done. I cannot thank Matt and Dan enough for helping a new home

I had a hanger rod in my closet collapse. I called, had an appointment, and the repair man was right on time. He was super nice, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I also had him measure my bedrooms for an estimate on new flooring, only to be ghosted with the estimates. I’ve called the company numerous times, left voice mails, asked to have a call back - only to receive radio silence. It makes me sad, as I was happy with the one repair I had done.

Be aware they will charge you full rates while going shopping for supplies...We emailed pictures of the drywall patching needed before our appointment. There were two spots that needed to be patched, both about roughly 1.5 feet in width and length. The tech arrived, walked around, then left for roughly 1.15 hours to come back with a sheet of drywall. We were charged for the purchase of the drywall, (no receipt provided) and charged the hourly rate of $90 while he was shopping. The tech worked for two hours and then took a lunch for one hour. He came back, put another layer on and cleaned up, for a little over an hour. In total, three hours of actual labor were done. We were charged just over five hours of labor. He noted that they quoted it might take 4-8 hours total, so this was a good jo

I have no issue with the men who actually did the work in my home as the work was exactly what I needed (thank you, Patrick!). I do have a problem with Dan, who estimated the project. He came out, looked at the space, I described what I wanted, sent a link to the tile to use, and he bid it with tile that was far less expensive to install. This resulted in extra time, and money that we had to negotiate to get resolved. When it was all over, the garbage remained in my garage. When asked, I was told that it was an extra charge to be hauled away. I am not new to construction projects. In every project, garbage has been hauled away without asking.
