Amazing experience today with my move! James was incredibly helpful on the phone scheduling everything and gave wonderful advice before my move date. Jay, Morris, and Vincent called before they arrived to let me know when they would be at my home. They arrived on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire job, very efficient and it was apparent. They are seasoned professionals. They took great care with all of our belongings and made a stressful day seamless. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone needing real professionals to take care of their belongings and trust to handle what can be a very stressful day to ensure a smooth and professional day of moving. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you do, expect delays, poor preparation, and an attempt to charge far more than quoted. I was quoted $325 for a 2-hour move for a 1-bedroom, first-floor apartment to a storage unit. Everything was already boxed, wrapped, and furniture broken down. This should have been an easy, straightforward move. They were scheduled to arrive between 9–10 AM but didn’t start until 11:30 AM. The owner sent a medium-sized trailer instead of a proper moving truck, forcing two trips instead of one. This lack of preparation turned a 2-hour job into 5 hours. The movers, Vincent and Orvelle, were courteous, professional, and hardworking, and I truly appreciated their effort throughout the move. Unfortunately, the owner, Justin, was dismissive. Justin Moving was very professional and the level of service was exceptional. The movers were prompt, friendly, & very courteous. They took time to wrap & secure my items & while I had a great many things they worked consistently & conscientiously in both the loading and unloading of my items. I will only always use Justin Moving and will always recommend their first rate service!

Recommend! The team was great, super detail oriented and careful. They brought moving blankets and wrapped everything with shrink and tape before carefully moving things down the steep stairs. Great job! Super kind guys too
